Uttarakhand / Roorkee : After rape, poison was given to the teenager, police filed a case against two youths
A case has been registered against two youths for poisoning the teenager after rape at Kaliyar Guest House. The girl is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Roorkee.
The girl did not return home after the afternoon of 22 August
A person resident of Landhaura town told the police that his niece had come to his house on August 1 to live from a village in Thana Pathri. On the afternoon of 22 August, the girl went out of the house for some work and did not return. On searching, some persons were told that Javed, a resident of village Bahadarpur Jat and Lukman, a resident of village Bijholi, had taken the teenager with them by luring them.
Teenager recovered from guest house
Meanwhile, on the morning of 23 August, they received a call from the teenager that Javed and Lukman had brought her to a guest house in Piran Kaliyar, where they first raped her and then poisoned her. After reaching Kaliyar, the girl was recovered from Jamia Guest House. On the basis of Tahrir, police have registered a case against both the youths under various sections.
