Now after two days the explosives will be burst at the scheduled time and both the towers will fall from the heights of the sky and get covered in dust. It is being told that it will take only 12 seconds for both the towers with a value of Rs 700-800 crore to be demolished.

The cost of demolition of Supertech Twin Towers is estimated to be around Rs 17.55 crore (Supertech Twin Towers Demolition Cost). This cost of demolishing the towers will also be borne by the builder company Supertech. A total of 950 flats have been built in these two towers and Supertech had spent 200 to 300 crores to build them. According to real estate experts, the value of the property in the area where these towers have been built is currently Rs 10,000 per sq ft. Accordingly, the value of both the towers of Supertech (Supertech Twin Towers Value) crosses Rs 1000 crores. However, due to legal litigation, the value of both these towers was affected and their current value is 700 to 800 crores. However, after a few hours this value also has to become equal to dust.
