According to a report in The National News, Egypt’s Prosecutor General has told that a young man has been arrested in Menofia province, north of Cairo. This man set fire to a school in Gharbia province. At present he is in police custody. The investigating officers were also surprised to hear the reason he gave during the interrogation. She said that her fiance studies in this school and her papers were not good and she had failed. If he failed, he had to study again and his marriage would go ahead by 1 year. For this reason, he decided to burn down the school principal’s office and the administration block so that all the papers were burnt.
Great damage to the school
Under planning, he set fire to the school and fled from there. On the information of the fire, the fire brigade vehicle reached the spot and started the rescue work, but by then a lot of damage had been done to the principal and administration block of the school. Records of many students were destroyed. However, there is no report of any injury or death due to the fire. After setting the fire, the youth fled to his village.

The police checked the CCTV footage and the boy was identified. After this his home address was traced and he was arrested. The police had also become active about this matter because in recent times there have been many incidents of arson in Egypt. In such a situation, it was seen connecting with them. Before the fire at the school, 41 people were killed and 14 were injured in a fire at the Abu Sefin Church in Giza.
