People of UP can apply for ration card themselves, online form will be filled from this site
People living in all districts including Lucknow, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Agra of Uttar Pradesh can make ration cards sitting at home. According to the news, the Yogi government has made the process of making ration card and adding the names of family members in the ration card online. Now you can apply for ration card through online.
Three types of ration cards are made in UP?
1. Antyodaya Ration Card, it is given to the poorest people.
2. Below Poverty Line (BPL) cards, whose annual income is Rs 10000 or less
3. Above Poverty Line (APL) card is given to the person living above the poverty line.
Documents for application: Aadhar card of all family members, original residence letter, income certificate, mobile number, correspondence address, photo of the head of the family.
How to Apply: First of all, applicants go to the official website of Food and Logistics Department fcs.up.gov.in and follow the given guidelines and complete the application process. Your ration card will be issued after one month of applying.
