Uttar Pradesh : Abusive leader Shrikant Tyagi gets bail, but will not come out of jail yet

Abusive leader Shrikant Tyagi, who misbehaved with a woman in Noida’s Grand Omaxe Society, got bail in three cases on Friday, but he did not get bail in the Gangster Act. Due to this, Srikanth will have to remain in jail for now.

According to the information, Shrikant Tyagi has got bail in the IPC sections 354, 420 and abusive cases. However, bail has not yet been granted in the Gangster Act case. Four cases were registered against Srikanth, out of which three have got bail. Shrikant Tyagi’s lawyer Sushil Bhati told that there will be bail soon in the Gangster Act case too.

It is noteworthy that on August 5, Noida Police arrested Shrikant Tyagi along with three other accomplices from Meerut on August 9 in the case of indecency with a woman at Grand Omaxe Society in Noida. After this, the Surajpur court has sent him to judicial custody for 14 days.

Shrikant used to flaunt himself as a BJP leader

Let us tell you that Shrikant Tyagi allegedly used to rave people by calling himself a BJP leader, but after the video of Shrikant Tyagi in the case of misbehavior with the woman went viral, the BJP shunned him. Local BJP MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma had denied Tyagi being a BJP member.

Several videos of the incident had gone viral on social media, in one of which Tyagi was purportedly seen using abusive words and scuffles against the woman, along with abusing her. Tyagi had also allegedly made derogatory remarks against the woman’s husband using abusive language.
