“Modi government” committed to protect the interests of the youth of Saiyidham, Uttarakhand: Naresh Bansal, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha

The MP Naresh Bansal was apprised by the youth who went for recruitment under the Agniveer scheme that the relaxation being given to the youth of Uttarakhand in various dimensions in the recruitment has not been implemented in the Agniveer recruitment. It was from 163 to m, now selection is being done on 170 cm length, the running time has also been reduced from 5.40 minutes to 5 minutes.

Rajya Sabha MP, Uttarakhand Naresh Bansal has written a letter to the Hon’ble Defense Minister, Government of India, Rajnath Singh, apprising these subjects. If they are not able to take it away and keeping in view the youth of the mountainous region of Uttarakhand, only pre-determined standards should be implemented. Sansad Bansal said that if the Defense Minister gets time, he will personally take up this issue of public interest. This could not be possible due to the Defense Minister being out of Delhi.

Sansad Bansal today met Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt ji and handed over a letter in this context and demanded protection of the interests of the youth of Uttarakhand and immediate removal of the discrepancies in the Agniveer Yojana recruitment. Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt immediately called Secretary Defense and directed for action on this and the Minister of State for Defense has assured that the interests of the youth of Sainik Dham Uttarakhand will not be ignored. The Minister of State for Defense and Secretary Defense were handed over. Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt ji and Secretary Defense agreed with the words of MP Rajya Sabha Naresh Bansal and assured to take action in this regard soon.
