Uttarakhand : Gave his son a job in the assembly, Govind Singh Kunjwal said, the public has given its punishment

Former state assembly speaker and Congress leader Govind Singh Kunjwal said that it was morally wrong to give jobs to your children in the assembly. He admitted that he should not have done so. He said that he is ready to apologize to the people of the state for this. Also said, although the public has already punished them for this.
Kunjwal claims Bhagat Singh Koshyari’s niece also got job
Kunjwal said in a special conversation with ‘Hindustan’ on Wednesday that he did not only do the job of giving jobs. He claimed that the niece of Maharashtra Governor and former Uttarakhand CM Bhagat Singh Koshyari was also given an appointment in the assembly. So why are questions being raised only on them? According to Kunjwal- It is not right to question the backdoor appointments of more than 150 people in the assembly during my tenure, those appointments have got a clean chit from the Supreme Court. In such a situation, raising questions on those recruitments is also a disregard for the Supreme Court. He said that it is true that morally I should not have put my children in the assembly. But I am also a common citizen of the state and my son has more qualification than the post he is holding. In such a situation, questions should not be raised on these recruitments now.
Experts said – Kunjwal is interpreting the recruitment arbitrarily
Former Assembly Speaker Kunjwal is claiming a clean chit of the High Court for the appointments made during his time. However, advocate Chandrashekhar Kargeti of the High Court said that the court did not listen to the appointments made during Kunjwal’s time to justify them as wrong. Rather, the subject of the argument was about the relative merit of the posts. He told that the government had claimed in the court that the above appointments have been made for the assembly in Gairsain. On this, the court had bluntly said that even for the temporarily appointed employees, it is necessary to follow the minimum qualification. Meanwhile, former Speaker of the Assembly Kunjwal said that the rules of minimum qualification were followed for all the posts.
Another list of jobs to relatives goes viral
Another list is going viral on Wednesday amid the controversy over giving jobs to the relatives of leaders in the assembly. In this, many people of the same sub-caste are being claimed to be given jobs in the education department. This time a leader who was a minister in the BJP government is accused that he has distributed jobs to the people of UP, Bihar. People are reacting to this on social media. ‘Hindustan’ does not confirm this list.
