Police have registered a case against the accused husband for posting a video of his wife taking a bath in Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Police is investigating and talking of action. It is told that he did all this to increase the number of his followers on Facebook. However, at the behest of the police, the accused husband deleted the video from his account. A woman from police station Jasrana area accused her husband of posting objectionable photos on social media while taking a bath. On the complaint of the woman, the police have registered a case under the IT Act. Kotwal Jasrana Azad Pal Singh said, the wife has accused her husband of posting videos of her while taking a bath on Facebook. On the basis of Tahrir, a case has been registered and the entire matter is being investigated. The phone is being sent for investigation. If found correct in the investigation, a charge sheet will be imposed. There is no provision for arrest in the case.
The victim told that she was talking to her husband on a video call while taking a bath at her house. After talking, the woman hung up the phone. During this, the husband made her objectionable video. Put videos and photos on Facebook. When the woman asked her husband to remove them, he refused.
After which the victim woman reached Kotwali on Tuesday. The police was informed about the whole matter. The police have registered a case against the accused husband after taking a complaint from the woman. The woman told that her husband works in the circus. He lives in Delhi, while the woman is staying at her in-laws’ village. The husband often used to talk to her over video calls. The victim said that even in her dreams, she did not think that the husband would do such an act. He has demanded strict action against the accused.
