In Lakhimpur Kheri, UP, the quarrel between husband and wife made a young man a savage. The young man not only thrashed his wife but cut her nose with his teeth and fled with a piece of nose. The youth went straight to the Fardhan police station with a piece of nose. Seeing the piece of meat in the hand of the young man in the police station, the senses of the police were blown away. After this, the police caught the young man and brought him to the Hyderabad police station. The case is of Dhakiya village of Hyderabad police station area. Vandana, the daughter of Shivram, a resident of this village, was married to Sanjay of Thana Fardhan about one and a half years ago. For a few months everything went well. It is said that Vandana used to come to her maternal home every day. When Vandana was at her maternal home, Sanjay came to her in-laws’ house on Monday and had some quarrel with Vandana. Enraged, Sanjay cut his wife’s nose with her teeth and ran away from her in-laws’ house with a piece of her nose.

After running away, Sanjay came to the police station Fardhan police. The Fardhan Police had informed the Hyderabad Police. Hyderabad Police caught Sanjay and brought him to the police station. SAO Arun Kumar Singh told that Sanjay’s first wife had died. After this Sanjay married for the second time to Vandana. Police said that the incident is said to have happened due to an illicit relationship. Police is probing the incident.
