On the 28th anniversary of the Mussoorie shooting, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi reached the martyr’s site and paid tribute to the martyrs. He honored the family of the martyr. On this occasion, many organizations also gave a memorandum to the Chief Minister regarding various problems of Mussoorie. CM Dhami said that Uttarakhand has been achieved only because of the immortal martyr, continuous work is being done to make the state of Uttarakhand according to the martyrs.

CM Dhami directed the officials that a film should be produced on the movement of Uttarakhand, which should be screened at the martyr site of Mussoorie so that the coming generation can be told about the movement of Uttarakhand and the history of the state. CM Dhami said that after the Corona period, once again all the arrangements are returning lightly and this time lakhs of devotees are reaching Char Dham and Kanwar Yatra, for which the government made special arrangements. This is the first time that the state government has also given a budget for the Kanwar Yatra, which was not given earlier. He said that the state of Uttarakhand should be included in the leading state of the country by the government, for which continuous efforts are being made. He said that PM Modi also has a special attachment to Uttarakhand, with whose cooperation the state is being developed continuously under various schemes.

CM Dhami said this on women’s reservation

CM Dhami said that in the matter of 30 percent reservation for women, the High Court has given a decision against the government, for which the government is going to lobby in the Supreme Court. CM Dhami said that he has also demanded a special package for Uttarakhand in the meeting of NITI Aayog in Delhi. He told that the population of Uttarakhand is 1.25 lakh but more than seven crore tourists come from outside. In such a situation, it is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure of Uttarakhand, for which he has demanded a budget. He also announced a budget for the Garhwal Mahasabha to be formed in Mussoorie.
