Doctor dies from Covishield! Bombay High Court’s notice to Bill Gates-Serum Institute
The Bombay High Court has issued notices to the Serum Institute of India (SII) and Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft. This notice has been given on a petition filed, in which the petitioner has alleged that his daughter died due to site effects that emerged after the Covishield vaccine was administered. Along with this, the petitioner has also demanded Rs 1,000 crore as compensation from the vaccine manufacturers. This petition has been filed by Dilip Lunawat, a resident of Aurangabad. This petition has been filed on the basis of the report submitted by the Center’s Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) committee.
Doctor daughter was forced to have vaccine
It has been said in the petition that his doctor daughter Snehal Lunat was forced on January 28 last year by the management of the Nashik-based college to take the anti-Covid vaccine, being a health worker. Snehil had got the Kovishield vaccine prepared by SII. A few days later, he died of side effects that emerged. According to the information, Snehal was a doctor and was working as a senior lecturer in SMBT Dental College, Dhamangaon, Maharashtra. According to the petition, a few days after getting the vaccine, Snehil vomited with complaints of headache. He was then taken to the hospital, where doctors found that he was bleeding from the brain. The petition further claimed that on March 1, Snehal died due to these side effects of the vaccine.
The next hearing of the case will be on November 17
The petitioner has also sought a reply from Bill Gates. Significantly, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation of Bill Gates had partnered with Serum Institute of India to accelerate the production of anti-corona vaccine and prepare 100 million doses. Along with this, Dilip Lunawat in his petition has also sought response from the Central Government, Maharashtra Government and Drug Controller General of India in this matter. Lunawat has called for justice for all those, including his dead daughter, who were ‘murdered’ due to the adverse effects of the vaccine. Hearing this, Justices SV Gangapurwale and Madhav Jamdar have issued notices to all the people on 26 August. The next hearing in the case will be on November 17.
