Uttarakhand : 5 new dengue cases found in Rishikesh’s Chandeshwarnagar

Due to the fear of dengue, the physician advised to get a dengue test done. In the investigation report on Wednesday, five people of Chandreshnagar were found to be suffering from dengue. At present, due to the recovery of the condition, all five have been given medicine and asked to rest at home. SDM Shailendra Singh Negi said that for effective prevention of dengue in Chandeshwarnagar, the municipal administration has been instructed to make arrangements for regular cleaning in the morning and evening, fogging and spraying of insecticide.

Campaign launched in garage, tire shop

Rishikesh. On Wednesday, the team of Municipal Corporation Rishikesh, on the instructions of the administration, conducted a checking campaign in the garage, tire shop, scrap shop etc. in the city. The water accumulated during checking was cleaned. Also, whether dengue mosquito larvae were found in the water stored in tyres, bottles etc. was checked. SDM SS Negi said that for the prevention of dengue, duty of ASHA workers has been imposed in Chandeshwarnagar. It will go door to door and take information whether there is anyone suffering from fever in the family. When the victim is found, she will be brought to the government hospital for treatment.

11 new dengue patients in a day
