Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Accused of killing friends and throwing dead body in Ganga, case registered

City Kotwali police have registered a case against three of his friends for murder after the youth went missing in the Ganges. The police have registered the case on the orders of the court. The family alleges that after killing the young man, the dead body was thrown in the Ganges.

According to Inspector Rakendra Kathait, Sanjeev Kumar, a resident of village Mor, Badgaon, Saharanpur, complained that his younger brother Ajay Singh was taken along with Bhanu Pratap, Pintu and Joni from his village on July 12, saying that Rohtak Ajay’s job in a factory is confirmed. Going there for joining. It is alleged that after three days Bhanu Pratap called him and told that Ajay had drowned in the Ganges at Harki Paidi in Haridwar. Immediately the family reached Haridwar. Later, after going to the village, it was found that the three friends were commenting about Ajay that we have thrown Ajay into the Ganges. Kotwal Rakendra Kathait said that on the orders of the court, a case has been registered against the three friends and investigation has been started.
