Uttarakhand / Pithoragarh: If plastic is shown in the hands of people, action will be taken

If people see plastic in their hands in the district, then action will be taken against them. DM Dr. Ashish Chauhan has given its instructions. He said that people have to give up the habit of plastic. During this, he himself ran a campaign against plastic in the market and cut the challan of 20 thousand of the shopkeepers. Said use of polythene will not be tolerated at any cost.

Campaigned against plastic in the city under the leadership of DM Dr. Ashish Chauhan. During this, he deducted 20 thousand challan of the operator for getting plastic bags and single use plastic in a mall. The DM said that the use of plastic will not be tolerated at any cost. Said that now strict steps will be taken to ban plastic completely. Said that if any person sees plastic or polythene against the standards in his hands, then action will be taken against him too. Many officials including Tehsildar Pankaj Chandola were involved in the team.
