Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Rs 3.10 lakh fine on illegal mining
Taking action in Doon Sadar and Doiwala areas, the mining department has caught four vehicles. A fine of Rs 3.10 lakh has been imposed on illegal mining and transportation in four vehicles. The report of which has been sent to DM Sonika. District Mining Officer Aishwarya Shah, Kumar Salal, Pankaj Chand, Yogesh Rawat etc. were in the team. On the other hand, on Saturday, three vehicles in police post Raiwala and one vehicle in Panditwadi outpost were seized by the team for illegal mining and transportation.
