Blogger Bobby Kataria’s properties will now be confiscated, court issues attachment notice
The court has issued an attachment warrant for blogger Bobby Kataria in the case of drinking alcohol after stopping the traffic on the road and not appearing even on the notice. Cantt police has left to paste the warrant at his house. If he still does not appear before the police, then after a month, attachment will be done. Dehradun Police is raiding in search of him. On August 10, the video of Bobby Kataria drinking alcohol after stopping traffic on the road on Kimadi Marg went viral. On August 11, on the orders of DGP Ashok Kumar, a case was registered at the Cantt police station. Investigation revealed that he had made the video on July 25 on Kimadi Marg.
After the registration of the case, Kataria had also threatened Uttarakhand Police on social media. Several notices were issued to him in this matter. The police had tried to arrest him, but he was not found. On the orders of DGP Ashok Kumar, Doon Police has announced a reward of 25 thousand on him.
