There is a mosque.. will remain till the doom.. Owaisi said on the decision of Gyanvapi – appeal to the Muslim side in the High Court

Asaduddin Owaisi’s statement has come on the order of the District Court on the Gyanvapi Masjid dispute. Expressing concern over the order of the Varanasi Court, he said that such a decision destroys the meaning of the Worship Act of 1991. Owaisi said that the case of Gyanvapi Masjid seems to be going on the way of Babri Masjid and as such it will go back to 80-90s in the country.
Owaisi also said that the Muslim side should appeal in the High Court against the decision of the District Court. Owaisi said on Monday that the Management Committee, which looks after the management of the mosque, should immediately challenge the decision in the High Court.
This is the mosque in the documents – Owaisi
The AIMIM leader said the Waqf Board’s 1942 gazette had described it as a mosque and a Waqf property. Owaisi said, ‘When the decision on Babri Masjid came, only then I had said that there will be more trouble ahead. The Places of Worship Act of 1991 exists, yet such a decision comes. Such court decisions will destabilize the country.
Court said – the argument of the Hindu side is worth listening
The court held that the petition of the Hindu side deserves to be heard. At the same time, the court rejected the petition of the Muslim side, in which it had argued that the Worship Act of 1991 applies to Gyanvapi. That is, the nature of knowledge cannot be tampered with. The court has rejected this argument.
