Many big decisions have been taken in the meeting of the Union Cabinet held today under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Taking one of these major decisions, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Himachal, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu have approved the proposal to include many tribal communities in the category of Scheduled Tribes (ST). Giving this information, Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Arjun Munda said that 12 communities in Chhattisgarh, one in Karnataka, one in Himachal Pradesh, one in Tamil Nadu and 13 districts of Uttar Pradesh have removed Gonds from Scheduled Castes and included them in Scheduled Tribes. and 5 sub-castes of Gond Dhuria, Nayak, Ojha, Pathari, Rajgond were included in the Scheduled Tribes.
