Uttarakhand : CBI arrested two officials of Dehradun Cantt Board, demanding bribe

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested two officers and an employee from Garhi Cantt Board for taking bribe (CBI Team Arrested Two officers of Cantt Board). Both the employees had demanded a bribe of 25 thousand rupees in lieu of the map. According to preliminary information, a bribe of ₹ 25000 was demanded from a complainant in lieu of passing the map of the house. Based on this, the CBI arrested LDC Raman Kumar Aggarwal, working in the Cantt Board. At the same time, Cantt Office Superintendent Shailendra Kumar has also been detained by the CBI.
LDC Raman Kumar, posted in the Cantt Board, told during interrogation that he had demanded the bribe amount from the complainant (Cantt Board Officer Taking Bribe) at the behest of the office superintendent Surendra Kumar. At present, the CBI is interrogating both the accused by taking them into custody. Along with this, further action has been started.
Let us tell you that this is not the first case of taking bribe in lieu of getting the map passed from the Cantonment Board (Dehradun Cantonment Board). Even before this many complaints have come to the fore. In which CBI has arrested some people. At present, the CBI has started investigation by taking possession of documents from the accused people.
