Uttarakhand : Trained Unemployed Pharmacist (Allopathic) Federation Registered as Welfare Association Society

It is worth mentioning that the foundation of Trained Unemployed Diploma Pharmacist (Allopathic) Federation, Uttarakhand was laid in the year 2018. To protect the interests of pharmacists, under the banner of the federation, a great movement was also organized for 135 days in the year 2021 under the leadership of former state president Mahadev Gaur. The need to register Pharmacist Federation as a welfare association has always been felt, so that pharmacists and all the people associated with pharmacy business can be organized and work for the upliftment of the profession.
It has been told by the State President Jaiprakash Joshi that the Federation has been registered under the Societies Registered Act, which is a historic initiative. He informed that this is an official platform of unemployed pharmacists, which is committed to protect the interests of pharmacists. He has called upon all the unemployed and self-professional pharmacists of the state to become a part of this official welfare association. No age limit has been imposed for taking the primary membership of the association.
Objectives of Welfare Association-
1- To work for the all-round welfare of Pharmacy practitioners and unemployed pharmacists.
2- To ensure corrective and cooperative participation in the field of health.
3- To strive for quality medical education in pharmacy.
4- To participate in providing primary health in relief and rescue work in disaster management.
5- To promote training and research work in the field of health and medical education.
6- To work for the welfare of the helpless, handicapped, deprived and weaker sections.
7- Organizing participation program through health camp, health awareness and health education program.
Today, on 16/09/2022, a virtual meeting was organized among the registered members, in which the following members were present-
