Uttarakhand : Case filed against nine in forest inspector recruitment disturbances, 12 arrested so far, STF is investigating the matter

The STF has registered a case against nine accused in Raipur police station in the case of copying in the recruitment of Forest Inspector made online by the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC).

On September 4, in the same case, a case was registered under the IT Act against six accused for tampering with computer equipment in the cyber police station. In this case, now a case has been registered in Raipur police station in other sections including cheating, in which three agents are also involved along with six candidates. STF is probing the matter.
Examination was held from 16 to 25 July 2021
In fact, online examination was conducted by the Commission from 16 to 25 July 2021 for a total of 316 posts of Forest Inspector. The commission had hired the service provider company NSEIT to get it done for the exam.
▪️The examination was conducted in 18 shifts at the examination centers located in different districts of the state.
▪️After this, the commission assessed the marks of the candidates. The role of eight candidates was found suspicious in the examination.
▪️In the preliminary investigation, it was found that these candidates completed this two-hour examination in the first 30 minutes or the last 30 minutes.
Out of these eight candidates, six candidates are from Swami Darshananand Institute of Management and Technology examination centre, out of which four candidates were allotted two IPs on different dates. The other two are from Nanda Devi Infotech Solution in Almora and Radhakrishna Assessment Sector-I examination center in Nainital. After this, the commission got the matter investigated by the STF.

It has also been revealed in the investigation that the candidate Anuj Kumar resident Toda Kalyanpur Roorkee, Dixit Kumar resident of Jamalpur Khurd Haridwar, Mohammad Zeeshan resident of Nagla Khurd Laksar Haridwar, Mohammad Majeed resident of Jaursi Mast Landour Mangalore shared the same IP address and Sachin Kumar resident Teliwala Shivdaspur Kaliyar. Sharif Haridwar and Shekhar Kumar resident Raisi Podowali Laksar Haridwar took the exam from an IP address.
Allegation of copying
These candidates have also given similar answers. A case has been registered against these candidates. Whereas on the basis of interrogation of the candidates, Ravinder Singh resident of Laksar Haridwar, Prashant Kumar resident of Khanpur Haridwar and Ashwani Kumar resident of Asaf Nagar Mangalore Haridwar have also been named in the case. All three have been arrested by the STF in the past. They are accused of duping the candidates.
