17 IAS officers transferred in Uttar Pradesh, VCs of 5 authorities changed

In Uttar Pradesh, the government of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has once again transferred 17 IAS officers. In this, apart from the Vice-Chairman (VC) of five authorities, two municipal commissioners are also involved. Under this order issued late on Sunday, RP Singh, Special Secretary in the Home Department, has been sent to the Language Department on the same post. He has also been given the responsibility of Hindi Sansthan. Similarly, Additional Commissioner Excise Divya Prakash Giri has been given the responsibility of Special Secretary Food and Logistics. IAS officer Sanjeev Singh, who was waiting for deployment after being removed from the post of DM of Chandauli, has now got the responsibility of Special Secretary in the Finance Department.

According to the list of transfers issued by the government, the Joint State Election Commissioner in Uttar Pradesh, Krishan Kumar Gupta has now been made the special secretary of secondary education. On the other hand, Ghaziabad Municipal Commissioner Mahendra Singh Tanwar has been made the VC of Gorakhpur Development Authority. In this sequence, Varanasi CDO Abhishek Goyal has been given the responsibility of VC Varanasi Development Authority and Sultanpur CDO Atul Vats has been given the responsibility of VC Aligarh Development Authority. Whereas Dr. Ankur Lather has been removed from the post of CDO of Amethi and given the responsibility of VC of Vice-Chairman Bulandshahr Khurja Development Authority.

Nitin Gaur appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Ghaziabad

The government has now posted Nitin Gaur, who was CDO in Mathura, on the post of Ghaziabad Municipal Commissioner, which fell vacant due to the transfer of IAS Mahendra Singh Tanwar to Gorakhpur. In this sequence, Chitrakoot CDO Amit Asri has been given the responsibility of Aligarh Municipal Commissioner and Rampur Joint Magistrate Manish Meena as CDO Mathura. On the other hand, Kanpur Nagar’s Joint Magistrate Himanshu Nagpal has been given the responsibility of CDO Varanasi and Joint Magistrate Meerut Suraj Patel has been given the responsibility of CDO Fatehpur, Joint Magistrate Jalaun Ankur Kaushik has been given the responsibility of CDO Chitrakoot. On the other hand, Joint Magistrate Jhansi Sanya Jhabra has been given the responsibility of CDO Amethi, Joint Magistrate Basti Amrit Pal Kaur as CDO Sultanpur, besides Fatehpur CDO Satyaprakash has been given the responsibility of Additional Commissioner Excise in Prayagraj.

The transfer list also came on Saturday

Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh government had also released a transfer list of IAS officers late on Saturday night. The names of 14 officers were included in this. Out of these, 10 officers were given the responsibility of new District Magistrates in Hardoi, Barabanki, Mirzapur, Ghazipur, Agra, Chandauli, Mathura, Pilibhit, Bhadohi and Sant Kabir Nagar. At the same time, the rest were removed from their current posts and given other responsibilities.
