Inspector Baliraj Shahi, in-charge of Koch Kotwali, said that the video of the youth being beaten up is two days old. The video is of Koch Kotwali area only. He told that the youth was under the influence of alcohol. While intoxicated, he molested the girl. The people present there had caught the young man, after which the girl thrashed him with slippers. The police was informed about this incident. Action has been taken against the accused after reaching the spot.
