Scientists were surprised to see pictures of ice stairs on Mars
Ice stairs have been found on Mars. Such pictures have been coming before but it has come to know that there was water on Mars before. Scientists have revealed this after the study of the ice stairs found on Mars. These stairs are scientifically known as Transverse Aeolin Ridges (TAR). In fact, it is ice frozen on top of ancient dust flying on Mars.
The study has been done by the scientists of the University of Arizona. He told that these ice stairs were seen in Solis Planum. It is near Noctis Labryinthus present in the southern part of Mars. Solis Planum, the largest basin of Mars, is located to the southeast of Valles Marineris.

There has been a lot of interest among scientists about TAR over the years. Have been studying him. Because these shapes constantly change their place. His picture was also found from NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. With the help of the HiRISE camera installed in the orbiter, a clear picture of these ice stairs was revealed. However, it is not yet known how TAR is formed. Is it because of the snow on the dust coming from a long distance? Or from sand blowing with locally moving dust.
When scientists from the University of Arizona studied these pictures closely, it was found that these are ancient figures. Which are visible all over Mars. They keep on building and deteriorating but leave a mark behind. Like a network of canals. Scientists believe that in ancient times these figures must have been formed by the flow of water or lava.

Scientists are continuously studying this picture found in the year 2015. So that we can confirm the presence of water on Mars. Water is essential for the origin of life. There is debate as to whether water used to flow on Mars. Or there is a microbe present under the atmosphere. Because even a little moisture and less water works for the micro-life. Just a few days ago, NASA’s Perseverance rover got information about organic objects being found among the stones. The data found from those stones is being studied.
