Uttarakhand / Haldwani : The hooliganism of the nobles, the constable was beaten up and cut off by the dog, three arrested
When the constable posted at Amrapali Chowki under Mukhani police station area tried to stop the car rider, three drunken brothers attacked him fatally. During the incident, the nobles brutally beat up the constable (nobles brutally thrashed the structure) and tore the uniform. Even when this did not fill his mind, he also left a dog on him to bite the constable. The police have arrested all the three accused.
Station in-charge Rakesh Bora said that Constable Kundan Singh is posted in Amrapali outpost. The constable was coming to the police station late on Monday night. During this, he saw a numberless car parked on the side of the road near Lamachaud School. Three youths were sitting in the car, who were in an inebriated condition. During this, when the constable interrogated him, all three got entangled with him and beat him fiercely.
Not only this, these nobles tore the constable’s uniform (nobles tore the constable uniform). Along with this, the constable also left the dog sitting in the car. During this, the accused also snatched the constable’s bike. After which the constable somehow escaped from there to save his life. The victim informed the incident to fellow policemen.
After which the police reached the spot and tried to stop the car riders, then three accused broke the barrier of Lamachaud Police Outpost and started running towards Kaladhungi, following which the police arrested all the three car riders. During this, all three youths were intoxicated.
During interrogation, the accused named as Amit Sagar, Pradeep Sagar alias Aman and Puran Chand Sagar. All the accused do property dealing work and are residents of Nathupur Padli Lamachaud. The station in-charge said that the three accused have been jailed after registering a case against them under related sections including assault, robbery. Along with this, the stolen bike of the constable was also recovered from the accused.
