Madhya Pradesh : Name in PM housing scheme did not come even after paying 5000 bribe, the villager slapped the assistant secretary on his cheek
A video of a beating has surfaced from Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. In this video a man is seen slapping a person. It is being claimed that this fight has taken place over ‘alleged corruption’. However, now this whole matter has reached the police station. Taking the video of the assault in its cognizance, the police is engaged in the investigation. The incident is of village Chalni of Sardarpur tehsil of Dhar district. It is being told that today i.e. on Wednesday, a camp of Chief Minister’s Public Service Campaign was organized in the Panchayat, in which a large number of villagers had gathered. During this, some villagers asked questions and answers to the Assistant Secretary Rajesh Goharia alias Ram Singh sitting there when their names did not appear in the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme.

Accused of taking bribe of 5-5 thousand rupees
The villagers alleged that the secretary and the assistant secretary had taken a bribe of Rs 5000 each to get their names included in the cottage scheme, even though their names did not appear. When the reason for not being named was being asked, at that time the assistant secretary was not giving the correct answer. Meanwhile, an angry villager slapped the assistant secretary on the cheek.

It is seen in the video that a large number of villagers are engaged. The assistant secretary is sitting on the chair. Another person is also sitting with him. Meanwhile, the villager (beater) asks some questions to the assistant secretary. Meanwhile, he kills the assistant secretary with a slap. In response, the Assistant Secretary also tried to beat up, but after intervening, people pacified the matter. Some local journalists were present at the time of the incident and the mic was on for the bite and the camera was on. Due to this the whole incident was caught on camera. At the same time, the Assistant Secretary reached the police station to register the case. When the District CEO and Tehsildar reached after the incident, they talked about investigation against those who sought bribe.
