Uttar Pradesh : VIDEO of a teenager walking on the road without clothes was VIRAL, the father said – the daughter was not raped, the relative filed a false case
In Bhojpur, Moradabad, the police had registered a case of gang rape against five people after the video went viral in the case of a teenager running away without clothes. The police had written the report on the complaint of the girl’s relative. But, the teenager’s father says that it is all a lie. The daughter has not been raped.
The girl’s father has called the incident false. He says that there is a dispute going on in the village with one side in the village regarding cheap gulle shop, land and election rivalry. My brother-in-law who lives in Thakurdwara has filed a false report. My daughter’s mental condition is not good. She keeps tearing her own clothes.

Know what the relative told the story to the police
The relative had told the police that on September 1, the teenager coming after seeing the stick fair in the village was picked up by five youths of the village and taken to the forest of Saidpur Khaddar, a nearby village and gang-raped. The girl screamed, but the nobleman who was irrigating his field reprimanded all the accused. On this they fled leaving the girl naked.
The report was lodged with the police on September 7
The gang rape report was filed on September 7. The police had arrested a youth on 15 September. On Tuesday, the video of the teenager running away naked went viral on Twitter. Due to which there was a stir in the police department and the area. On Wednesday, the magistrate, SOG, police station etc. went to the victim’s house and investigated.
The teenager’s father told the truth to the officers
The girl’s father told the investigating officers that this incident is a lie. The five youths are being implicated. The party is going on in the village. One side has done this by luring my brother-in-law. Innocent people are being framed by making this false incident by showing me and my wife as mentally ill. My daughter is mentally ill. I have also given statements in the court along with him and wife.
There is an ongoing rivalry between the two sides of the village regarding the land
The villagers told the police and the administration team that arrived for investigation that there is a rivalry between two families in the village regarding the division of land. One side had a cheap gully shop in the village. Which was canceled ten years ago by the other party together with the head. There was an allegation of rigging in the distribution of ration. For this, this case has been filed to take revenge on five people including the grandson of the village headman who canceled the shop.
