Thereafter, the police officer asked the policemen to remove the soil quickly. A policeman was asked to enter the pit and rescue Baba Shubham. Then the policeman forcibly pulled Shubham out of the pit. Had the policemen not reached the spot, the person would have died due to superstition.

Shubham, the young man who took the samadhi, says that someone from the village called the police and informed them. After which the police took him out. He said that he was suffocating inside the samadhi, he could have died. On the complaint of Shubham, the police have arrested the youth’s uncle Munna Lal Pandey, including priest Shivkesh Dixit, Satish alias Chandan Pandey, Prabha Shankar Shukla. Along with this, the police have registered a case against the accused.
