India’s famous cafe chain “Farzi Cafe” knocks in Doon: Food lovers will be able to enjoy delicious flavors from today

After setting a benchmark in modern Indian cuisine and winning several awards and accolades, Fergie Cafe is all set to open its doors in Dehradun city on 30th September. Located in Urban Estates on Rajpur Road, Fergie Cafe is a part of Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd and started by renowned restaurateur Zoravar Kalra. Which will be opening today. Farzi Cafe started its journey in the year 2014 with an aim to bring Indian cuisine in vogue. Keeping in mind the new age, Farzi Cafe offers a beautiful amalgamation of traditional Indian flavours, new age Indian food and global cuisine. Present across 12 outlets in India, Fergie Cafe has also found its footing in London, Riyadh, Qatar, Dubai, Kuwait, Muscat, Canada, Bangladesh, and is soon going to spread its wings to USA, Istanbul and other countries.

Conceived for modern-day foodies, Farzi Café is the place for many moods and energies. Covering a total area of 8000 sq. ft., Ambience of Fake Café Dehradun is an amalgamation of alluring interiors and gives a spacious look to the place. All the colors shown as part of the interior depict the Doon Valley. This place is divided into 2 parts. The lower floor will captivate city lovers, with every element adapted in harmony. The stairs built here represent the journey from Dehradun to Mussoorie. A wonderful view of the Mussoorie valleys can be seen from the terrace here. The island bar situated in the heart of the terrace is one of the major attractions. There are different seating styles ranging from high back canopy style seating to long low back couch seating, which are in line with the culinary concept of Farzi Cafe, seamlessly assimilating modern technology with ancient time architecture . The food menu includes some typical dishes like Dal Rice Aranchini, Tempura Fried Prawns, Vada Pav, CTM Chicken Tikka Masala, Mutton Irachi and Mini Raj Kachori. Signature beverage offerings include Sizzling Margarita, Fuzzy Apple Fomintini, Chai Panni and Drunken Cellar.
Guests can enjoy a variety of soups and salads, chicken thupka, fake Caesar salad, Haas avocado chaat, minestrone shorba, and vegetarian starters from sweet potato chaat, jakhia aloo, or Kolkata mushroom at Farzi Café. The non-veg starters include Rock Prawn Thecha, Guntur Chilli Chicken, Desi Fish Fingers and more. There is also an innovative Pav and Bao section which includes Butter Chicken Bao, Crispy Chicken Burger, Ghee Roast Roll, and more. The menu also has Pizza and Kebab & Grill sections. The non-veg main course includes Mutton Irachi Pepper Fry, Chicken Caffriyal, Kerala Mutton Roast, etc. While the Vegetarian Main Course includes Confit Garlic Palak Paneer, Lotus Root Kofta, Pahari Bhunna Aloo, etc. Among the sweet dishes, dishes like Parle G Cheese Cake, Rasmalai Tres Leches, Chocolate Dirt Peele are quite famous.
