Rajasthan : Acid attack on 2 girl students in Jaipur

Acid attack took place on two girls going for coaching in Jaipur on Saturday. The youth riding a bike attacked both the girls separately at a distance of two kilometers. Both have minor burns. After treatment, he has been discharged from the hospital. The girls said they did not recognize the attacker. After the incident, the police is investigating the CCTV. In one of the footage, the bike rider is seen running.

First attack on Sawaria Road
Police said that a 19-year-old girl was going for coaching on foot on Sawaria Road in Sanganer Sadar police station area. The bike rider came from behind and ran away by throwing acid on him. Acid fell on the girl’s left shoulder, causing her burns.

Attack on another girl at a distance of 2KM
The bike rider made the second attack on a 22-year-old girl going to the library from near the crematorium, 2KM away from Savaria Road. She got scorched and started screaming as acid fell on the girl’s back.

Both the victims do not know the accused
In the interrogation so far, it has come to the fore that both the girls are not identified with any such boy who can attack them. Both the girls are preparing for the competition by staying in Vatika Nagar.

SHO Sanganer Sadar Brajmohan Kaviya says that both the girls had minor burns. Vatika’s private hospital has been treated and discharged. The bike rider was not wearing a helmet.
