Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Muslim woman married after converting to grab property, case filed on court order

Married Muslim woman converted to Hinduism and married a Hindu man. After this, the attempt to grab the property started. On the complaint of the victim, the Rajpur police station has registered a case against the woman and her parents. This case has been registered on the order of the court.

Met in 2018
Sukant, a resident of Rajpur Road, met Shoren in the year 2018. The woman told that she is a virgin and has done hotel management course. The friendship between the two grew.

Ankit checks Shoren’s mobile
Meanwhile, Ankit checked Shoren’s mobile and read WhatsApp chatting. In which there was a long conversation with a person. When asked about the chatting, Shoren said that they are friends. After this the conversation between the two stopped.

Marriage proposal in september 2019
In September 2019, Shoren called Sukant saying that he had broken up with an old friend and proposed marriage. On 29 September 2019, she converted to Hinduism and got married in the temple. Shoren used to come home of her own free will and used to go to her home in Delhi anytime.

The woman did not even pass the tenth
After this said that both of them go to Poona Maharashtra because Sukant used to work in the hotel there. When Shoren is taken to Ankit to get a job in the hotel, it is found that he has not done hotel management course, he is not even 10th pass, he lied only to get married.

Threatened to be sent to jail in false case
After this, he started pressurizing her to sell the property of Dehradun and get three-four crore rupees. Failure to do so threatened to send him to jail in a false case. When Sukant investigated, it came to know that Shoren was already married and had married with the intention of grabbing the property. Rajpur SHO Jitendra Singh Chauhan said that a case has been registered against three including the woman.
