Uttarakhand : In Ankita murder case mobile will reveal the secret of Ankita’s murder! SIT also arrested Patwari
Patwari Vaibhav Pratap has been arrested by the SIT in the Ankita Bhandari murder case. During interrogation, he could not answer the questions of the SIT properly. So now after arresting Patwari, it is expected that he will speak the truth after coming in remand. Patwari Vaibhav Pratap was taken into custody by the SIT on Friday. He was questioned yesterday also.
Suspect Patwari Vaibhav Pratap arrested
Patwari Vaibhav Pratap has been arrested by the SIIT in the Ankita Bhandari murder case. He has been arrested after his role is found suspicious. Earlier, Patwari Vaibhav Pratap was suspended for negligence in the Ankita murder case. After the order of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, the SIT is investigating this matter. IPS P Renuka Devi is leading the SIT team. There is a possibility that soon some more people may also be arrested. In the investigation so far in the Ankita Bhandari murder case, it has come to the fore that when Ankita’s father first came to the local Patwari of Revenue Police System and Revenue Inspector Vaibhav Pratap Singh to file a missing report, he was not heard. The report on the complaint was not even registered.
Patwari Vaibhav Pratap had suddenly gone on leave
In the Ankita Bhandari murder case, Patwari Vaibhav Pratap had told that Pulkit Arya had come to him at two o’clock on the night of 19 September. Pulikat Arya had informed him about Ankita’s disappearance. On this, he did not register an FIR saying that the report can be filed only after 24 hours of the disappearance. Vaibhav Pratap told that he advised Pulkit to inform Ankita’s father about this. However, he had asked for Ankita’s photo or Aadhaar card for identification. After this he went on leave after getting approval from the Tehsildar.
Got a mobile on Friday
On Friday itself, the investigation team got a mobile from near the Chila canal. It has been sent to the forensic lab for examination. Till now SIT has not found Ankita’s mobile. If this mobile is of Ankita then SIT can get many important clues. A mobile of Pulkit Arya, the main accused in this case, is also missing. It will be known only after this investigation that whose mobile is found. If it will happen to any person related to the incident, then there can be a big disclosure, such SIT hopes.
Ankita murder accused on police remand
On Thursday, the Kotdwar court had sent the three accused in the Ankita Bhandari murder case to three-day police remand. Confirming this, Jailor BP Singh of District Jail Pauri said that the three accused, including the main accused Pulkit, have been handed over to the investigators of the SIT. The SIT is now interrogating the three accused.
