Swamy reached SC on the issue of Kashi-Mathura temples, the government protested, then panicked

BJP leader and former Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has filed a public interest litigation seeking directions for the reconstruction of Kashi Vishwanath in Varanasi and Krishna Janmabhoomi temples in Mathura. The matter was heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. Further hearing will be held on this on Wednesday also. However, Swamy has expressed displeasure at the central government for opposing his petition. He tweeted and asked the people of Varanasi whether they would tolerate it.

Subramanian Swamy says that Kashi Vishwanath and Krishna Janmabhoomi temples should be rebuilt. For this, he has filed a public interest litigation in the Supreme Court and requested to issue guidelines in this matter. He said that the court is hearing the matter. He says that the central government has no point in opposing this petition. He asked the people of Kashi to give their opinion on this.
