Along with this, the number of pilgrims will also increase. This project has got approval from the National Board of Wild Animals. One thousand crore rupees will be spent on the project. Also, a total of 26 hectares of land will be acquired in the project.
Ropeway’s DPR and survey completed
DM Mayur Dixit said that the work of DPR and survey for the construction of 13 km ropeway from Sonprayag to Kedarnath Dham has been completed. Three to four stations will be built in the ropeway. After its construction, passengers will get convenience. Pilgrims will reach Kedarnath Dham from Gaurikund in 30 minutes. To measure the distance from Gaurikund to Kedarnath where pilgrims take a lot of time. At the same time, after the construction of the ropeway, the time of the passengers will be saved. This project will be further developed as the passenger increases.
Security arrangements in Kedarnath Dham
