Uttarakhand : CM Dhami gave Diwali bonus gift to state employees

The Dhami government of Uttarakhand has given a big gift to its employees before Diwali. On Diwali, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has not only announced bonus, but also approved dearness allowance. On Diwali, the state government employees were sitting expecting to get bonus. Fulfilling these expectations, the state government has also stamped the dearness allowance along with the bonus. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved dearness allowance and Diwali bonus. In this way, about 1.5 lakh employees of the state will soon get the Diwali bonus. Not only this, the state employees will also get dearness allowance. However, no order has been issued regarding this yet. But soon after getting the approval of the Chief Minister, an order for this can be issued from the government level.

Let us tell that every year before Diwali, the state employees are given the gift of Diwali and this time also the state employees are waiting for this gift accordingly. In such a situation, just before Diwali, the Chief Minister has given approval for this. Like Government of India, State Government Aided Educational and Technical Educational Institutions, Local Bodies and District Panchayat Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ employees and all non-gazetted employees of Group ‘B’ whose Grade Pay Rs. 4800/- (Revised Pay Matrix) Level-8) for the year 2021-22, to allow productivity non-linked bonus (ad-hoc bonus) for the year 2021-22, setting a limit of 30 days’ emoluments (maximum amount Rs 7000/- (Rupees seven thousand only). The decision has been taken by the state government.

Casual/daily salaried employees who have worked in offices having six working day weeks for at least 240 days in every year for the last three years or more (206 per year in 3 or more years in case of offices having five working days) days), an amount of Rs.1184/- will be payable as productivity unrelated bonus (ad-hoc bonus).

Group ‘C’ ‘D’ and Group ‘B’ and casual / daily wage earners will get the benefit of the above bonus, more than 01 lakh 50 thousand employees. The one-time expenditure burden of about Rs.120.00 crore on Productivity Unlinked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) will be borne by the State Government.
