Urology OPD started in Doon Hospital, patients will get facility 2 days a week

Doon Medical College Hospital, the largest government hospital in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand, is being developed as a super specialty hospital. In this episode, now urologists will also be available in the hospital. Till now no doctor of urology was in Dehradun government hospital, due to which patients had to go to private hospital. However, now Urologist has been appointed in the biggest hospital of Dehradun.

Let us tell that in Dehradun, a large number of people suffering from kidney, urinary and prostate related diseases had to face trouble for treatment, but now such patients are going to get relief. GS Bisht, who came to Doon Hospital for treatment, says that there is a shortage of urologists across the state including Dehradun, due to which patients have to go to other states. Now Doon Hospital is going to remove the problems of such patients. This is really good news for the patients.

Doon Hospital CMS Dr. Y Rizvi said that Doon Medical College Hospital is trying to do better for the patients. The hospital is being developed as a super specialty hospital, so that all patients can be treated under one roof. He has informed that senior doctor Manoj Vishwas, who has served in many big medical institutions including AIIMS, has joined here. In such a situation, OPD of Urology will be held twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Apart from this, open surgery has also been started in the hospital.

CMS has informed that the hospital administration is also preparing for surgery and kidney transplant with telescopic method. Within a year, the entire team will be ready and after the arrangements are completed, the process of kidney transplant can also be done here.
