Lawyers appointed for forgery of accident claims in UP, 30 licenses canceled
In UP, a case of fraud has come to the fore in the name of accident claim. The names of 30 lawyers have come in this case. All these licenses have been suspended. This action has been taken on the basis of SIT investigation of UP Police. At present, there is a stir among the lawyers after this action. The Uttar Pradesh Bar Council has canceled the licenses of 30 lawyers involved in the racket of fraudulently grabbing money in the accident claim. Along with the lawyers, 6 policemen involved in this claim racket have also been found guilty, against whom action has also been taken.
Meerut, Bareilly and Shahjahanpur were found in the highest number of fake claims
Meerut, Bareilly and Shahjahanpur have the highest number of cases of fake accident claims. It is said that when the SIT sought records from the Ghaziabad Labor Court regarding this fake claim, the matter of fire in the record room there came to light. After which an FIR was also registered in this case.
