The son has been arrested for killing his father and throwing the dead body in a sugarcane field in Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat. It is being told that the father was unhappy with his son’s relationship with a young woman. The police gave this information on Monday. Chhaprauli police station in-charge (SHO) Nitin Pandey said that on October 18, police said that an unidentified body was lying in the field near the forest of Shabga village, the personnel of police station Chhaprauli took out the body and for medical-legal formalities. sent to the hospital.
Injury marks found
The deceased person has been identified as Sudeshpal, a resident of Shabaga village in Chhaprauli area of Baghpat. The body was handed over to his legal heirs after medical formalities, the SHO said. In the initial medical report, injury marks were found on the head and neck etc. Also, through investigation of other suspicious circumstances, it was revealed that the deceased was murdered by unknown persons, who dumped the body in the sugarcane field.
What was the reason for the murder
The SHO said, “From circumstantial evidence, oral witnesses and technical analysis, it has been revealed that the deceased was murdered by his son at home on the evening of October 16.” Police officials of Chhaprauli told that Gaurav is pursuing his graduation. Officials said, Gaurav confessed to the murder during police interrogation and told that he fell in love with a girl in his class and expressed his desire to marry her to his father.
His father Sudeshpal strongly opposed this relationship, after which Gaurav, angry with their relationship, attacked Sudeshpal with a stick in anger and later threw the body in the sugarcane field. The police station in-charge said that a case was registered against the accused Gaurav under section 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the IPC and the stick used in the murder has also been confiscated.
