Center handed over 45.33 acres of HMT land to Uttarakhand, CM Dhami expressed gratitude

Uttarakhand has got another gift from the double engine government. The Union Ministry of Heavy Industries has transferred 45.33 acres of much awaited HMT land located at Haldwani, Nainital to the Government of Uttarakhand. The ministry has issued orders for transfer of land. The state government had been requesting the central government to get the land for many years. There is a plan to construct a mini-sidcul on this land. According to the order, 45.33 acres of HMT land at Ranibagh and Haldwani has been transferred to the Uttarakhand government at a reserve price of Rs.72 crore two lakh 10 thousand. The cost of land is very high at the market rate. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Heavy Industries Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to transfer the land. Along with this, this issue was also raised in a meeting with Union Heavy Industries Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey in August.

Industries related to service and tourism sector will be set up

The state government can build mini-sidcules on the land of HMT. A large number of entrepreneurs are willing to invest in the state. But arranging land for industries is a big challenge before the government. After getting the land of HMT, now the government has got relief. Now she can inspire entrepreneurs associated with the service and tourism sectors to set up industries. The government has got the land for the land bank.
