Uttarakhand : 9 accused got bail in UKSSSC paper leak case, 5’s plea rejected, those granted bail are not allowed to leave the country

9 more accused got bail on Friday in the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission paper leak case. While the bail of 5 accused was rejected. In this case, no documents or money has been recovered from the possession of the 9 people who have got bail. Due to which he got bail. Whereas, the documents and money related to paper leaks were recovered from them till now from the 5 people who have been rejected. Because of this, he could not get bail. The bail application of 14 people was filed in the court of Dehradun ADG IV Ashutosh Mishra. After the hearing today, 9 accused got bail on a personal bond of one lakh each. However, as per the order of the court, people who get bail are not allowed to leave the country.

Let us inform that so far 17 people have got bail in the paper leak case. However, mastermind Sadiq Musa, including 21 main accused in this case, has not got bail. The action of confiscation of illegally acquired property is prevalent by imposing the Gangster Act on all of them. This is the reason why they are facing difficulties in bail.

These 9 accused got bail

The accused Suryaveer Singh Chauhan, Kulbir Singh, Ambareesh Kumar, Rajveer, Deepak Chauhan, Ajit Chauhan, Vinod Joshi, Chandan Manral and Jagdish Goswami have got bail in the UKSSSC paper leak case. All of them have got bail on a personal bond of one lakh each. At the same time, the accused getting bail are not allowed to leave the country. No money or state documents have been recovered from the accused who have been granted bail.

These 5 people did not get bail

Amit Saxena, Abhishek Verma, Lalit Raj Sharma, Vipin Bihari and Tanuj Sharma did not get bail. Cases of 5 accused whose bail has been rejected. Sections like STF 409 were also raised on him in the past, due to which his bail has also been rejected.
