Uttar Pradesh / Meerut : Video of molesting teacher wearing hijab goes viral, case against three students

In Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, the police have registered a case against three minor students for making a video making lewd comments on a private school teacher.

These students molested the teacher who was sitting in the class and making lewd comments while going towards the class.

This hijab-wearing teacher ignores the comments and moves on. The students also made a video of this molestation and shared it on social media.

According to Meerut police, this incident is of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Memorial College under Kithore police station area. This is a private school.

According to Meerut’s Senior Superintendent of Police, the police had received a complaint in this matter on 25 November.

On the complaint of the female teacher, the police have registered a case under section 67 of the IT Act and sections 354 and 500 of the IPC.

According to Meerut Superintendent of Police Rohit Singh Sajwan, the police have identified the students who indulged in indecency and made videos. All of them are minors. They will be taken into custody and presented before the Juvenile Judge.

This video of molesting a female teacher is becoming increasingly viral on social media as well. While sharing this video on Twitter, questions are also being raised on social values.
