The entire Yadav clan seems united for the Mainpuri by-election. Praspa chief Shivpal Singh Yadav is again seeking votes for daughter-in-law Dimple Yadav along with his family. Meanwhile, preparations have started for action against Shivpal Yadav in the riverfront scam. According to sources, the CBI will start its investigation soon. The CBI has started its investigation in the riverfront scam case. In this case, the role of two then top officers can be investigated. Also, the CBI can investigate the role of the then Irrigation Minister Shivpal Yadav. The CBI has also sought permission to inquire into the riverfront scam. The government has summoned the records related to the Irrigation Department to take a decision.

BJP spokesperson Rakesh Tripathi’s statement has come after the questioning of Shivpal Yadav in the riverfront case came to the fore. He said, “The troubled Samajwadi Party in Mainpuri is trying to give political color to every issue. The CBI probe into the riverfront scam is part of the BJP’s manifesto.”

Reduced security

Earlier on Monday, the security of Shivpal Yadav was reduced. After the cut in security, now instead of Z category, he has been given Y category security. In the meeting of the State Level Security Committee, a decision has been taken regarding the security of Shivpal Singh Yadav. Actually, Shivpal Yadav got this security in the year 2018 by the grace of Yogi Sarkar. Then first he was given a big bungalow for the camp office and then in the month of October he was given Z security. After which Praspa chief was continuously running with Z Security.
