Who is the IPS in Uttarakhand due to whose pressure and torture the 5 star hotel owner committed suicide

Amit Jain, the owner of five-star hotel Radisson Blu in Kaushambi area of Ghaziabad, committed suicide on November 19 by hanging himself in his flat in Delhi’s Khel Village.
Initial investigation by the police has revealed that Amit Jain suffered a huge loss in business. Due to which many banks were in debt on him. Because of which he committed suicide by hanging himself.
The strings of the said case got connected with an IPS of Uttarakhand when a senior journalist of a national channel tweeted something like this.

Sources reveal that Delhi Police has received some important WhatsApp chats and data from Amit Jain’s mobile phone, due to which the strings of this case are being directly linked to an IPS officer of Uttarakhand Police.
It is being told that before the suicide, Amit had also left a suicide note. In this, the dispute of partnership was also mentioned. It is discussed that this hotel has a share of an IPS from Uttarakhand. That IPS was demanding his share amount back for many days, due to which Amit took such a big step being upset.
Till now the name of that IPS officer has not been disclosed by the Delhi Police.
If the police headquarters sources are to be believed, Delhi Police has not yet contacted Uttarakhand Police.
