Agreement signed between USAC and Uttaranchal University, now a joint campaign will run to take space science to the masses

Uttarakhand Space Applications Center (USAC) and Uttaranchal University will jointly work on how to take space science to the masses and what new experiments can be done in the field of research. On this occasion, Professor MPS Bisht, Director, USAC, said, “I believe that the purpose of opening any institute is incomplete until the benefits of the research work being done by it reach directly and indirectly at the regional and national level. . And the spread of that knowledge should not reach the common citizens.
He said that keeping this objective in mind, with the help of the scientists of Uttarakhand Space Applications Center, we have tried to spread the utility of space science from the students living in the remote hilly areas of the state to the students studying in the plains, from their personal life to the state and the state. He tried his best to see how it can be used in the development of the country.
In this episode, on Monday, there was an opportunity to enter into an academic agreement between Uttaranchal University and Uttarakhand Space Applications Center. With me on behalf of USAC, Dr. Priyadarshi Upadhyay, Senior Scientist and Shriram Mehta, Administrative Officer and on behalf of Uttaranchal University Prof. Dharam Budhi, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Ajay Singh, Dean Research and Development and SC Sharma, Registrar, and Dr. Rajesh Singh, In the dignified presence of the Head of the Department Innovation was held in the Chancellor’s Chamber of the University.
After this agreement, research and research work, dissemination of science, seminars, guidance in PhD work, and research and development programs can be shared between the two institutions. This contract is valid for the next three years and if there is a good result in future, the contract can be extended even further. I think this is a very important step to take science to the masses in true sense and to benefit our new generation.
