Uttarakhand : CM said in the conference of administrative officers- All IAS should participate in village chaupals

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami asked the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to participate in village chaupals at all different places on Good Governance Day. Said that to make Uttarakhand the leading state of the country by 2025, all IAS officers will have to work with full administrative leadership capacity. For the overall development of the state and quick resolution of public problems, we have to move forward with the mantra of simplification, solution and solution. The CM said this during the inauguration of the Administrative Officers’ Conference held under the IAS Week at the Secretariat on Friday. The Chief Minister said that all the suggestions which have come forward in the Chintan Shivir organized in Mussoorie for the overall development of the state, should be brought to the ground. Special attention should be paid to simplification of procedures for solving public problems.

Said that it should be ensured that the general public does not have to unnecessarily come to the offices for their work. Focus should be on bringing the file system online. It should be ensured that files are not unnecessarily pending at the government level. Re-examine the files that are stuck. The responsibility of the concerned officer and employee should be fixed for unnecessarily hanging the files. DM and CDO in the districts have an important role in carrying forward the government schemes.

DM’s public service works appreciated

The Chief Minister appreciated the District Magistrates in some districts for doing public service work in addition to their work.

Discuss what can be done in G-20 programs

The CM said that in 2023 the G-20 summit will be held in India. Two teams from G-20 will also come to Uttarakhand. During this, what can we do in local products, handicrafts and other areas of Uttarakhand, this should be widely discussed in this conference. He also asked to brainstorm on what important works can be done in the state during the nectar of independence.
