Dog food instead of MacBook Pro
According to the Daily Star report, the man had ordered an Apple MacBook Pro laptop from online shopping site Amazon for his daughter. Its cost was more than one lakh. When the parcel reached the house of retired IT manager Alan Wood, instead of a laptop, two packets of dog food came out from inside, which he was stunned to see. When he wanted to contact the company, first the refund was also refused from his side but later the company realized its mistake.
Allen has been ordering goods online for 20 years
According to the report, Allen said that he has been ordering goods from Amazon for the last 20 years and he did not face any problem. This time he had to deal with a different situation. However, the company later apologized to him for his mistake and returned the entire money to him.
