Uttarakhand : Vidhansabha backdoor recruitment: Sacked employees demonstrated strongly, leveled this allegation, kept this demand

Today, the employees who were dismissed from the Vidhan Sabha sat on a dharna outside the Vidhan Sabha and demonstrated vigorously. The sacked employees are angry against the government on only one point. The protesters say that why action was taken only on the employees after 2016. If action has to be taken, then it should be done on earlier appointments also.

On Monday, 228 employees, who were sacked after ad hoc appointments from 2016 to 22, staged a protest outside the Vidhan Sabha. During this, the employees registered their objection regarding discrimination and unilateral action against them. At the same time, all the employees dismissed from the assembly were seen protesting. The employees are demanding that since the formation of the state, ad hoc appointments are being made continuously under the same process and at the same time they are being regularised.

But taking action on the ad hoc appointments made after the year 2016 by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly shows partiality somewhere. These employees, who were dismissed from the Vidhansabha, say that the ad-hoc appointments made before 2016 should also be decided in the same way as is being done with them. He said that in the appointments made before 2016, people appointed by many leaders are being saved and this is incomplete justice.

Let us inform that 228 employees were dismissed due to the backdoor recruitments in the Vidhan Sabha from 2016 to 2021. The protesters raised the demand that all the recruitments done since the formation of the assembly should be investigated. The sacked personnel accused the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly that in order to save the recruitments made during the tenure of his father Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri, the Speaker of the Assembly has canceled the recruitments after 2016.

On the other hand, the women workers who were dismissed from the assembly expressed their indignation and said that injustice has been done to them.
