Uttar Pradesh: Major reshuffle in police department, 23 IPS officers transferred
The Uttar Pradesh government has made a major reshuffle in the police department. On Monday evening, the Police Headquarters issued a transfer list of 23 IPS officers by moving them from here to there. These include those police officers who have recently been promoted from the Uttar Pradesh Territorial Service and have reached the Indian Police Service. Most of these were posted as Deputy Commander in PAC and Additional Superintendent of Police in Civil Police.
Transfers of these officers
▪️Sarbanand Singh Yadav has been transferred from the post of deputy commander of the 37th Corps of PAC in Kanpur to the traffic police as superintendent of police.
▪️Ramesh Prasad Gupta was posted as Superintendent of Police in the ADG office of Meerut Zone. He has been sent as Superintendent of Police in Lucknow Cybercrime.
▪️Gorakhpur’s 26th Corps Deputy Commander Rajesh Kumar Yadav has been transferred as Superintendent of Police, Lucknow Cybercrime.
▪️Babita Sahu has been transferred from Dakshinanchal Vidyut Nigam Agra to the office of Director General of Police as Superintendent of Police (Administration).
▪️Lal Saheb Yadav was the Deputy Commander in Meerut’s 44th Corps PAC. He has been transferred as Superintendent of Police (Administration) in the office of Director General of Police, Lucknow.
▪️Om Prakash Yadav was posted in Bareilly’s ADG office. The one who has been sent to Lucknow after being made the commander of SSF.
▪️Mahatma Prasad was the Additional Superintendent of Police in the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Corruption Organisation. He has been sent as Superintendent of Police to the State Crime Records Bureau, Lucknow.
▪️Dr. Bhim Priya Ashok has been transferred from the Directorate of Training and appointed as Superintendent of Police, Food Cell, Lucknow.
▪️Arvind Mishra, Deputy Commandant, Barabanki PAC Battalion, has been transferred as Regional Superintendent of Police, Kanpur Nagar.
▪️Anil Kumar Singh has been transferred from Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board Lucknow to PAC battalion Etawah as a commander.
▪️In Lucknow Police Commissionerate, Additional DCP Sarwan Kumar Singh has been appointed as DCP in Lucknow Police Commissionerate itself.
▪️Hafizur Rehman was Additional Superintendent of Police in Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board, he has been sent as Superintendent of Police to Economic Offenses Research Institute, Kanpur.
▪️In CBCID Lucknow, Additional Superintendent of Police Keshav Chand Goswami has been transferred as Superintendent of Police in CBCID Lucknow itself.
▪️Rajdhari Chaurasia, who was Additional Superintendent of Police in Economic Offenses Wing, Lucknow, has been made the same Superintendent of Police.
▪️Additional DCP Prabal Pratap Singh posted in Varanasi Police Commissionerate has been promoted and appointed as DCP.
▪️Rajesh Kumar has been promoted as Superintendent of Police Special Investigation by promoting him in Lucknow Special Investigation Cell.
▪️Girijesh Kumar was Additional Superintendent of Police in CBCID Lucknow. He has been promoted as CBCID Superintendent of Police.
▪️Shailendra Kumar Rai was Additional SP in Azamgarh Intelligence Division. He has been made SP Intelligence in Azamgarh itself.
▪️Additional DCP Shivaji has been promoted as DCP in Kanpur Police Commissionerate.
▪️Aditya Kumar Shukla has been promoted from Additional SP in Lucknow Vigilance Establishment to SP.
▪️Till now Premchand was ASP of State Disaster Response Force in Lucknow, now he has been sent as SP in Police Recruitment Board.
▪️Chandra Prakash Shukla, who was SP in Lucknow SIT, has been appointed as Superintendent of Police, Special Investigation Branch Cooperative.
▪️Dayaram was the Additional Superintendent of Police in Lucknow Director General of Police, promoting him and has been posted as Superintendent of Police in Lucknow Anti-Corruption Organization.
