On Wednesday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited Gurugram of Haryana (CM Dhami on Haryana tour). During this, CM Dhami participated in the program organized on the topic ‘National Education Policy-2020 to Nation Building’ at SGT University Budhera (CM Dhami reached SGT University). On this occasion, he said that this university was established in the name of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Maharaj. The University has earned its name by its work done in the field of education. Where Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj was another great warrior. On the other hand, he was also a unique writer, thinker and a colossal personality who brought renaissance of spiritual consciousness in the world.
CM Dhami said that his life full of bravery, dedication and sacrifice is not only an inspiration for the Indians, but also serves as a path for the whole world. He used to give special importance to the promotion of education. He said that education is the most important medium for the integrated development of any country. Positive changes can be brought in the society through education.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the National Education Policy-2020, prepared under the leadership and direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, includes all points from man to humanity and from past to modernity. New education policy was the need of the hour. He said that this education policy will be successful in discharging its effective role in building a new India and realizing its potential in the golden age of independence. In the new education policy, special emphasis has been laid on the use of mother tongue and regional languages.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that teachers have a special role in building an educated and cultured society. For better implementation of the new education policy, all the teachers will have to work with full dedication. This great work will be completed only when the new education policy will be fully implemented in the whole country. Our teachers are working with full enthusiasm in this campaign to implement the education policy. He said that Uttarakhand is the first state in the country, which has implemented the National Education Policy-2022 in both school education and higher education.
