The list of 500 most influential Muslim personalities in the world has been released. Many people from India are also included in this list. This list has been released by The Royal All Al Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought (RABIIT) of Jordan. The Royal All Al Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought, popularly known as Rabbit, is an Islamic NGO. Its headquarter is in Amman, the capital of Jordan. In this list named The Muslim 500, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia has got the first place. On the second number is Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the supreme religious leader of Iran, a staunch opponent of Saudi. The great thing is that people associated with terrorist organizations like Taliban, Hezbollah have also been given a place in this list.

Rabbit NGO has released the list of these 500 names. Out of this, only the names included up to 50 ranks have been divided into categories. Remaining 450 names are not listed. Among the 13 categories in which the NGO selected people, Islamic scholars, political figures, administration of religious affairs, religious preachers and spiritual guides, philanthropists or donors, social workers, businessmen, scientists and technicians, artists, Quran reciters, media persons. Celebrities, sports stars and extremists are also included.

Who is included in the top 50 from India

The Royal All Al Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought has given the title of Person of the Year for 2023 to Maulana Mahmood Madani, president of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind. Madani is the only person to receive this award in 2023. He has got 15th place in the list of influential Muslim personalities around the world. This NGO has strongly criticized India in its report. In this, questions have been raised regarding the policies of the Government of India. Apart from this, love jihad has also been mentioned.
